Tenant Rules
Rent Payment: Rent is due on the first of each month. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the lease agreement.
Noise Policy: Please respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM.
Garbage Disposal: Dispose of trash in the designated areas only. Do not leave garbage bags outside of bins or in common areas.
Parking: Parking is limited to tenants only. Each unit is allotted a minimum of 2 parking spaces. Please park in your designated area and ensure your vehicle does not block others.
Property Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their unit and immediate exterior areas. Report any needed repairs or maintenance issues to the property management promptly.
Alterations to Property: No alterations, installations, or modifications should be made to the property without prior written consent from the landlord.
Guests: Overnight guests are permitted for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights unless otherwise approved by management.
Safety and Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Do not give out keys or access codes to non-tenants.
Compliance with Laws: Tenants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws while residing on the property.
Lease Terms: Adherence to all terms and conditions as stated in the lease agreement is required.
Pets: Pets are allowed on a case by case basis and an additional deposit is required. Pets must be registered with the management, and pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
